- Do I need SSH keys on every server?
- KAIRO supports password auth, deploy keys, and the kairo-agent channel. Many teams pair once and never paste keys again.
- Can TESS run deployments without asking every step?
- Yes—with guardrails. Mandatory inputs (paths, branches, approvals) still apply so production stays safe.
- Is my infrastructure data stored securely?
- Credentials are encrypted at rest and redacted in API responses. Sensitive fields never surface in browser devtools.
- How is token usage counted?
- Dashboard usage reflects estimated tokens on saved chat text per turn—not every LLM or tool call in the background. Provider billing may differ.
- When does pricing go live?
- Early access members receive founding rates and priority onboarding. We'll confirm pricing with you before any charge hits your account.
